Spending quality time with your Tiger during their breaks from classes and campus activities is important for both of you. Here are some options to help your Tiger safely make their way home and back to campus.

Transportation to New Orleans (MSY) & Baton Rouge Metropolitan (BTR) Airports
Coordinate Travel with Tiger Families
Some students carpool with others heading home and/or back to campus, or multiple students heading to an airport split the travel using a ride share app.
- Review the LSU Police’s ride share safety tips before coordinating a carpool or ride share.
Parents and families sometimes use social media groups to seek recommendations from veteran parents and/or coordinate transportation needs for their Tiger.
